Cameron Szok, L.Ac.

About Cameron - Cameron Szok is the owner and founder of Southside Acupuncture, PLLC. She is a highly skilled acupuncturist with diverse clinical experience. She has a gentle technique and proven success treating musculoskeletal, reproductive, psychological, respiratory, digestive and nervous system disorders. As an herbalist, Cameron possesses a comprehensive knowledge of herbal safety and herb-pharmaceutical interactions.

She earned her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA, The Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas. AOMA is one of the leading graduate schools of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the nation and the first stand-alone, single-degree granting graduate program of Chinese medicine in the U.S. to be regionally accredited. This four-year program included extensive training in both Chinese and Western medical theory and diagnosis.

Cameron is a NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomate of Oriental Medicine having met the certification requirements for both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. Her license to practice acupuncture is issued by the Texas Medical Board (License #AC01294).

In addition to her Master’s degree from AOMA, she holds an M.B.A. from Clemson University, and a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In her spare time, Cameron enjoys cooking, travel, gardening, exploring Fort Worth and spending time with her family.
