My Method

Acupuncture is one of the oldest continually practiced medical modalities in the world. A treatment involves the insertion and manipulation of fine needles at specific points to promote the body's remarkable self-healing abilities.

I am trained in both traditional and orthopedic acupuncture. Although based on two different paradigms, utilizing both gives my practice the depth needed to deliver optimal results.

Some ailments may also benefit from cupping, GuaSha, electroacupuncture, infrared light therapy or hemp oil application. I may also prescribe herbs or recommend OTC supplements in order to expedite your healing.
